Hi, I’m Vijaya.

Logic N Lemon is my space to think out loud, write honestly, and occasionally make you laugh while doing it.

This is a space for clear thinking on the things that actually matter at work — how teams function (or don’t), how engineering decisions ripple through organisations, and how leadership often looks nothing
like the books promised. Expect straight talk, the occasional detour into design and creativity, and yes — humour. Always humour.

With 25+ years navigating the worlds of engineering and leadership, I’ve sat in enough meetings, managed enough systems, and untangled enough organisational chaos to have a few things worth saying. Logic N Lemon is where I say them.

After 25 years of accumulating opinions, I figured it was time to stop keeping them to myself. Writing is
how I think out loud. If something I write makes you nod, pushes back on your assumptions, or just
makes a Tuesday slightly more interesting — that’s enough for me.
